Money can be raised from ticket sales, on screen advertising, by holding competitions and raffles on the night as well as selling food and refreshments.

Outdoor Screenings Special Conditions

Outdoor Screenings will not go ahead in the event of Rain, Storms or Strong Winds. In this event an alternate date will be arranged with you at no extra cost provided we are advised before leaving for your event. A cancellation made after leaving for your event will incur a cancellation fee equal to your deposit. Mobile Motion Pictures will not be liable for any other loss caused by cancellation of an event.

Our Equipment

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR 35MM EQUIPMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE DUE TO MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. We can provide you with a great cinema experience at your indoor or outdoor venue. We can provide equipment for screening 35mm Cinema Films in Widescreen or Cinemascope formats, 16mm Films and our Digital E Cinema equipment for screening from DVD, VHS Tape, Other Video Sources, Games Systems or from Computers. Our sound system can also be used to provide music for your event and a microphone is available for announcements. You can hire our Digital E Cinema equipment and operator without film hire if you wish to screen your own content.

Movie Availability

PLEASE NOTE THAT 35MM EQUIPMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE DUE TO MAINTENANCE ISSUES. We can obtain 35mm Cinema Films from Buena Vista, Roadshow, Sony, Fox and some Independant Distributors usually once they have stopped screening at mainstream cinema complexes in your area. If their is no cinema in your town the 35mm Films are usually available from 6 to 8 weeks after the initial cinema release date. Please enquire for new release movie availability. 35mm Cinema Classics are also available from Potential Films as well as DVDs from Roadshow and DVD, VHS and 16mm Films from Amalgamated Movies.

Indoor or Outdoor Movie screenings are available for both Childrens Parties and Adults Parties in Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas of South East Queensland.
